l/2 cup olive oil
l clove garlic, minced’
l/4 tsp. salt’
l lb. raw shrimp
l tbsps. fresh parsley minced
shell and devein shrimp. Mix oil, garlic and salt. Add shrimp, turning to coat, sprinkle with parsley. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs. or until next day. Transfer to l0xl5″ baking pan. Bake at 375 until shrimp are opaque when cut (about l0 mins.). Arrange in bowl. Garnish with parsley springs if desired. Offer with wooden picks. Can be an appetizer.
