ROASTED CHICKEN & GARLIC PROVENCALE

l envelope Lipton recipe secrets garlic mushroom soup mix
3 tbsps. olive oil
2 tnbsps. water
l tbsps. whtie wine vinegar
l chicken cut into serving pieces (2-l/2 to 3 lbs.)
l large onion cut into 8 wedges
l large tomato cut into 8 wedges
Preheat oven 425. In small bowl blend soup mix, oil, water and vinegar. In bottom of broiler pan without rack arrange chicken, onion and tomato. Evenly pour soup mix over chicken and veggies. Roast 45 mins. or until chicken is no longer pink. Serves 4 Internet
