1 tbsls. oil
2 chopped onions
6 boneless chicien breast halves
2 cloves garlic
l/2 to 3/4 cup canned beef broth
l-2 tbsps. Lawry’s garlic & lemon saute sauce ( or other season)
l big dash Lea & Perrins white sauce (optional)
Knorr seasoning
2 diced peeled pears or apples
Heat oil in heavy skillet. Saute onions and garlic until soft. Remove from pan and saute chicken breasts until brown on each side (2-3 mins. perside).Return onion mixture to skillet, add beef broth and simmer until it starts to ticken (you can use some flour & water to thicken if necessary – also l tbs. butter). Add diced fruit and simmer until fruit is soft (l=2 mins.) WHEN ADDING BEEF BROTH ADD 2 TBSPS. GINGER PRESERVES CHIVERS
