4 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
l/2 tsp. salt
l cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
l cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups frozen blueberries unthawed
Topping: 2 tbsps. sugar
l/2 tspo. nutmeg
In large bowk combine flour, baking powder and salt. In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs,
milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in frozen blueberries. Fill
greased or paperlined muffin cups 2/3s full. Combine sugar and nutmeg, sprinkle over muffins. Bake at
375 for 20-25 mins. or untilmuffins test done. Cool in pan for l0 mins. before removing to a wire rack.
Yield about 2 dozen. Fresh blueberries may be substituted for frozen.
