2 cups plus l tsp. flour
l tbsps. baking powder
2 sticks butter softened
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
l/2 cup blueberries
TOPPING;
l/2 cup blue berries
l/4 cup sugar
l/2 tsp. cinnamon
heat oven 350. grease and flour 9xl3″ baking pan. whish 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt together in med bowl. with electric
mixer beat butter and sugars on med high speed until fluffy about 2 mins. add eggs, onhe at a time, beating until just incorporated.
reduce speed to med and beat in one third of flour mix until mixed; beat in half of milk. beat in half of remaining flour mix, then
remaining milk and finally remaining flour. toss blueberries with remai ning l tsp. flour. using rubber spatula gently fold in berries.
speadbatter into prepared pan. Scatter blueberries over top of batter. stir sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl and sprinkle
over batter. bake until pick comes out clean, 45 to 50 mins. cool in pan 20 mins then turn out and place on platter…
