l 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing (French or Catalina can be substituted)
l 8 oz. jar apricot preserves
l pkg. (l oz.) dehydrated onion soup mix
6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Prehat oven 300. Mix dressing, preserves and soup mix together. Place chicken in 8xll” baking dish. Pour mix over chicken and bake for l-l/2 hrs. or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a knife. Serve over rice.
