YULETIDE CHEESE CAKE

l-l/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
l/4 cup butter
36 Nestles butterfinger jingles
3 pigs. creama cheese (8 oz. each)
l cup granulated sugar
l tbsps. vanilla
3 eggs
l container sour cream
l/4 cup granulated sugar
l tsp. vanilla
Heat oven 350. for crust; grease bottom and side o 9″ springform pan. combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in medium bowl. Press onto bottom of pan. place in freezer for 5 minutes.
for cheesecake: set aside 12 nestle jingles to use for garnish. unwrap and cut remaining nestle jingles in quarters. beat cream
cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl until fluffy. beat in vanilla extract. beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each
addiyion. sprinkle cut nestle jingles over bottom of crust to l/2″ from edge. pour filling into crust.
Bake for 50 mins or until center is set and edges begin to crack. cool for 2mins before adding sour cream topping.
for topping; combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla in med bowl;l mix well. spread over surface of warm cake. bake for 5 mins.
remove from oven and cool on wire rack. refrigeragte for several hours or overnight. rtemove side of springform pan. garnish
each slice with one unwrapped nestle jingle. serves 12
