VEGETABLE DIP

l pint mayonnaise (Hellman”s)
l 7-oz. bottle ketchup
l/4 onion, chopped fine
l/4 cup parsley flakes
lemon juice
2 tsp. horseradish sauce
l/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
l/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
8 drops Tobasco
Mix all ingredients in food processor. Best made day before.
Serve with many varieties raw veggies (cauliflower, peppers, carrot
sticks, celery sticks, cukes, zucchini sticks, etc.).
