4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 tbsps. oil
l can cream of whatever soup
2 peeled sliced potatoes
2 med. vidalia onions
sliced into rings
Brown chicken in oil and drain on paper towel. Oil a l-l/2 qt. casserole. Layer potatoes on bottom; folow with a layer of onions adn top with soup. Gently place chicken over soup and sprinkle with paprika. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for l hour.
Note: you can also make this with boneless pork chops and sweet potatoes. Also you can omit the browning and add chopped garlic with the onions layer.
