Turkey and Rice Quiche

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cold cooked rice
2 cups cold chopped cooked turkey
2 medium tomatoes, finely diced
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper
red pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the cheese in a large flat greased casserole. Top with the cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve hot.
