l/4 cup olive oil
l/2 cup fresh basil leaves
l lb. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
l8 slices ripe tomato
6 basil leaves
In a blender container combine olive oil and basil leaves. Blend using an on and off method (do not allow beldner to run long or the basil will turn black) On individual serving lates spoon scant tablepoon olive oil mixture. Alternate slices of cheese and tomato over dressing. Garnish each with basil leaf.
