TO COOK PORK TENDERLOINS:

Place pork in shallow dish. Rub pork with l2 minced garlic cloves
(this is for 3 lbs. pork), l tbps. dried thyme, l cup olive oil
(pour oil over). Cover and marinate in frig overnight.

Preheat oven to 425. Transfer pork to roasting pan, spooning oil
in dish over meat. Season with s&p. Roast until meat thermometer
inserted in center registers l50 basting occasionally with oil for
about 20 minutes.
