l tbsps. oregano
l tbsps. coriander
2 tbsps. orange juice
l-l/2 tsp. lime or lemon juice
l tsp. minced garlic in oil
3/4 lb. swordfish steak
Combine all ingredients,but swordfish & spoon the mixture over the
swordfish in a shallow bowl. Grill or broil fish according to
Canadian method: measure fish at thickest point and cook l0 mins.
to the inch. Baste several times on both sides. Serve topped with
salsa. (Salsa can be mixed with a little sour cream)
