l cup crushed saltine crackers
4 tbsps. butter melted
6 slices bacon
l cup chopped onion
8 ozs. swiss cheese grated
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
pepper
l/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Prehat oven 375. Combine cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl; press into 8″ or 9″ square pan. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Reserve 2 tbsps. drippings. Saute onion in drippings until transparent. Cosmbine bacon, onion, Swiss cheese, sour cream, eggs and pepper in med. bowl. Pour over crust. Bake at 375 for 30 mins. Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 2-3 mins. Let stand for l0 mins before cutting into squares. Serve hot or cole.
