2 very thin boneless pork chops per serving

Saute 6 garlic cloves, crushed, l cup chopped onion in l stick of
butter. Add unseasoned bread crumbs to suck up butter loosely. Add
Peach Schnapps to make a ball when squeezed. Add chopped parsley.
Place heaping tsp. on top of each chop – cover with l tbps. apricot
preserves. Place another chop on top – cover with more stuffing.
To pan add l/2″ orange juice. Place chops in pan. Bake at 350 for l
l-l/2 hours, COVERED.
