l 7-oz. package cream cheese
3-5 tbps. prepared horseradish
l/4 cup cooked ham or salami, finely chopped
2 tpbs. minced parsley
3 tbsps. chopped chives
Salt to taste
30 medium sized mushrooms
Mix hroseradish with cream cheese. Blend inham, parsley, chives and
salt to taste. Remove mushroom stems. Wipe caps with damp cloth and
pat dry. Sprinkle caps with lemon juice and stuff with cheese
mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
