STRAWBERRY CHUTNEY

l/4 cup packed brown sugar
l/4 cup lemon juice
l/4 cup raspberry vinegar
2 tbssps. raising
2 tbspss. honey
l/4 tsp. grated orange peel
l/4 tysp. mustard
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
In med. saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients. Brign to a boil. Reduce heat to med; cook, uncovered, for about l5 mins or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in strawberries. Reduce heat to low; simmer l0 mins. longer or until thickened stirring occazxionally. Refrigerate overnight.
