2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
l 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
l/2 stick margarine
l 5 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Drain spinach well. Mix with cream cheese and butter. Add water
chestnuts, salt & pepper. Pour into buttered shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325 for l5 mins. or until bubbly.
