3 tbsps. oil
l/3 cup water
l-l/2 cups flour
l tsp. salt

Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Drop in boiling water (add
chicken base to water) until they come to the top. (test)
Continue to cook about 6 minutes or so. Taste for doneness. Take
them out and turn them over in melted butter, then mix with Pesto
or serve plain.
