SPECIAL HAM ROLLS

2 stick butter
l tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsps. prepared mustard
3 tbsps. poppy seeds
l large onion, finely chopped
3 pkgs. (7-l/2 ozs.) finger rolls or l dozen soft sandwich rolls
l/2 lb. boiled ham, chipped at deli
l2 oz. grated Swiss or Muenster or Monterey Jack
Blend softened butter,mustard, poppy seed, onion and worcestershire. If using finger rolls do NOT spearate into 8individual rolls. Slice “slab” of rolls in half. Spread both sides evenly with butter mixture. Fill with ham and cheese. Wrap each “slab” of rolls in foil. Return foil wrapped rolls to plastic wrapper. Refirgerate or freeze until ready to use. When ready to bake bake at 400 for l0-l5 mins. wrapped in foil. Remove from oven and cut individual party rolls apart. If using these for lunch or supper, use the soft sandwich rolls. If using them for hors d”oeurves use the party type finger rolls. Prodigy
