2-l/2 cups mayo
l cup soure cream
3 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsps. chopped fresh dill or l tsp. dried dillweed
3 tbsps. finely chopped onion
l tbsps. olus l tsp. cider vinegar
l tbsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Combine ingredients in processor and mix well. Chill before serving.
Can be served over poached salmon or swordfish.
