2 cups sour cream
l/4 cup lemon juice
4 tsps. celery salt
2 tsps. paprika
l tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
l/2 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
Marinate chicken in sour cream mixture for 24 hrs. Keep as much
marinade on the chicken as possible & roll in l-3/4 cups fresh
bread crumbs. Melt l/2 cup Crisco and l/2 cup butter. Bake at 350
Pour half of melted mixture & bake for 45 minutes – then pour
remainder of mixture and bake for l5 mins. longer.
