SOUR CREAM CABBAGE ROLLS

l small head cabbage
l/2 lb. each of lean pork and beef, ground
l tsp. insant minced onion
l cup cooked rice
dash each ground nutmeg and pepper
l tsp. salt
dash each of garlic salt and powdered mustard
l 8 oz. can tomato sauce
l-l/2 cups sour cream
chopped chives or dill
cooked noodles tossed with butter and dill seed
Blanch cabbage in boiling water for 5 mins. Cool slightly, removeleaves carefully and cut out coarse veing. Mix meat and next 7 ingredients. Add just enough tomato sauce to moisten. Place l heaping tbsps. of filling in center of each leaf, tuck ends over filling and roll. Place in a large shallow baking dish; cover with sour cream. Bake in 375 oven for l-l/2 hrs. covering with lid or foil for the first hour. Brown under broiler if not bbrowned enough after baking. Serve with chive garnish and with noodles.
