SIMPLE STUFFED FLOUNDER

l lb. flounder
6 oz. crabmeat
l/2 cup ritz crackers crumbs
2 tbsps. melted butter
l/2 tsp. s&p
thick white sauce
Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, s&p in a bowl. Lay fish flat. Spread mixture on top then roll fillets like a jelly roll. Place roll in shallow baking dish lined with butter, then pour white sauce over fish. Cover and bake at 350 for l5-20 mins. This dish may be prepared in individual baked dishes and served from oven to plate.
