2 tbsps. butter or oleo
l tbsps. cornstarch
l/2 tsp. dried dill weed
l/4 tsp. salt
l/8 ts/ pepper
l cup milk
l/4 cup dry Sherry
l tbsps. lemon juice
l lb. shrimp cleaned, deveined & cook
cooked rice.
In med. saucepan melt butter over low heat. Blend in cornstarch,
dill, s&p; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in
milk until smooth. Bring to boil over med. heat, stirring constantly
and boil l min. Stir in Sherry, lemon juice & shrimp. Reduce heat.
Simmer 3 mins. or until heated through. Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
