SHRIMP, TORTELLINI & SCALLIONS

Cook cheese tortellini (l large package Continndina) according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, cook shrimp and cut into med. pieces.
Make a sauce of l cup mayo, l/2 cup sour cream, l/2 cup (approx.) Pesto sauce, 2 cups celery, 3 tsps. lemon juice, l bunch scallions, sliced thin, 2 tsps. basil, 2 tsps. garlic powder, l tbsps. dill, Knorr seasoning, 2 tbsps. chopped parsley and s&p to taste. Mix pasta, shrimp and sauce. Let stand until all flavors meld. Garnish with lemon slices.

2 lbs. of shrimp would be good. Knoor seasoning is optional
