SHRIMP PO’BOY PASTA SALAD

Dressing:
l/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
3 tbsps. light sour cream
2 tbsps. mayo
Salad:
7 oz. (2 cups) uncooked small shell pasta
l2 oz. frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed, drained
l/4 cup coarsely chopped green bell pepper
l/4 cup sliced green onions
l stalk celery thinly sliced
l med. tomato seeded coarsely chopped
leaf lettuce shredded
In small bow l combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. refrigeragte. Cook pasta to desired donesness as directed on pkg. Drain; risne with cold water o coll., Drain. In large bowl cimbine pasta and all remaining salad ingredients except. lettuce. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Cover; refirgerate at least l hr. to blend. To serve arrange lettuce on plagtes, top with salad.
