l pkg. (8 ozs.) spinach noodles, cooked and drained
l pkg. (3 ozs.) cream cheese, cubed and softened
l-l/2 lbs. med shrimp, peeled and deveined
l/2 cup butter, softened
s&p to taste
l can conensed cream of mushroom soup
l cup sour cream
l/2 cup half and half
l/2 cup mayonnaise
l tbsps. chopped chives
l tbsps. chopped parsley
l/2 tsp. dijon mushtard
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheeddar cheese
Heat oven 325. Combien noodles and cream cheese in med bowl. Spread noodle mix into bottom of greasted l3x9″ dish. Cook shrimp in butter in large skillet over med-high heat until pink and tender, about 5 mins. Season with s&0. Spread shrimp over noodles. Combine soup, sour cream, half and half, mayo, chvies, parsley and mustard in anoter med bowl. Spread over shrimp. Sprinkl e cheese over top. Bake 25 mins or until hot and cheese is melted.
