l container (l6 oz.) sour cream
l/3 cup mayo
l pkg. Knorr Leek Soup Mix
2 tbsps. lemon juice
l/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
l pkg. (l0 oz.) frozen asparagus, thawed, drained & chopped
6 ozs. chopped cooked shrimp or crabmeat
Toasted slivered almonds
In medium bowl mix sour cream, mayo, soup mix, lemon juice & hot
pepper sauce until smooth. Stir in asparagus & shrimp. Cover;
refrigerate 2 hrs. Just before serving sprinkle with almonds.
Serve with crudites or crackers.
Makes 4 cups.
