SHRIMP FOR TWO

l/4 cup buter melted
l/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
l/2 cup dry bread crumbs
l/4 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup chopped green onions
l garlic clove, minced
l/4 tsp. salt
l lb. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
Fresh parsley
Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 for 20-25
minutes. Garnish with parsley.
