l-l/2 cups Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
l/4 cup sour cream
l/4 cup Parmesan cheese
l/2 lb. fettuccine, cooked and drained, hot
l/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked
l/2 cup cooked peas
Combine salad dressing, sour cream and cheese. Toss with remaining
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
You can substitute “crab flakes’ instead of shrimp and green
peppers instead of peas.
