l/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsps.s butter or oleo
l med. onion, minced
2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbsps. flour
l/2 cup light cream
l/3 cup Sherry
l tsp. Worcestershire
l/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. salt
l/8 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
l/2 cup buttered soft bread crumbs
Saute mushrooms in butter until tende.r Add onion and tomatoes and cook for l0 mins. Stir in flour and cream. Stir in sherry and seasonings. Add shrimp. Transfer to buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 oven for 20 mins. or until top is browned.
