l-l/2 cups sour cream
l cup mayo
l-l/4 cups buttermilk
l/4 cup white vinegar
2 trbsps. honey
l tbsps. Dojon mustard
l tbsps. finely chopped garlic
2 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsps. chopped fresh tarragon
2 tbsps. chopped fresh chives
2 tbsps. chopped fresh dill

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir until wellblended. Refrigerate the dressing, covered, for a minimum of 4 hrs. before serving.
Makes approximately 4 cups (recipe may be halved).
