SEAFOOD STUFFED PASTA SHELLS

l8 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
2 tsps. butter
l-l/2 cups fresh small whole mushrooms
l/4 cup sliced green ojnions
l6 oz. imitation crabmeat chunksor cooked shrimp, crabmeat or scallops flaked into small pcies
2 l0 oz. containers refrigerated Aflfredo sauce
l/4 cup dry white wine
Cook pasta to desired doneless. Drain, rinse with hot water. Drain well. Meanwhile heat oven to 350. Spray l0x9″ dish with spray. In med. nonstick skillet melt butter over med high heat. Add mushrooms, cook and stir 3 to 4 mins. or until tender. Stir in onions; cook l min. Remove from heat. Add imitation crabmeat or whatevdr and l/2 cup Alfredo sauce; mix well. In small bowl combine remaining alredo sauce and wine; blend well. Pour 3/4 cupsauce mix into dish; spread evenly. Spoon about 2 trbsps. fish mix into each cooked shell. Arrange stuffed shells in single layer over sauce in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce mix over shells. Spray sheet of foil with spray; cover baking dish tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. or until sheels are throughly heated and sauce is bubbly around edges. To serve spoon sauce over shells; sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6 Pillsbury
