SCOTTSDALE POTATOES

l 2-lb. package frozen hash browns, thawed
2-l/2 cups grated sharp cheddar chese
2 cups sour cream
l can cream of chicken soup
l/2 cup chopped onions
l/2 stick butter, melted
s&p
2 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed
l stick butter, melted
Preheat oven 350. Lightly butter 7 xl0″ ovenproof glass baking dishC
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Season with s &p. Trans-
fer to prepared baking dish. Mix cornflakes and l/2 cup butter and
sprinkle over potato mixture. BAke until browned, about 45 mins.
Serve immediately.
