2 tbsps. olive oil
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
l cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves minced
l tbsps. balsamic vinear
2 tbsps. chopped fresh basil
Heat oil in heavy med skillet over med-high heat. Sp;rinkle chicken with s&p; add to skillet. Saute chicken until cooked through about 5 mins. per side. Transfer to 2 plates. Add tomatoes and garlic to skillet; saute l min. Add balsamic vinegar and l tbsps. basil. Saute 30 seconds. Season sauce to taste with s&p. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkl with remaining l tbsps. basil and serve.
