8 oz campanella [asta
1 bunch broccolini
4 tbs butter
4 tbsp butter
8 ozs italian sausage
2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup flour
2-1/2 cups whole milk
zesr of 1 lemon
Cook pasta to directions. Add broccolini in last minute of cooking drain and transfer to large bowl. Melt butter in large skillet over med heat. Add sausage and sear and brown on both sides 8mins transfer sausage to cutting board slice on bias and return to skillet 4=55 mins to finish cooking transfer to paper to drain. Stir in garlic & pepper flakes 30 secs. Whisk in flour and cook 1 min.Slowly whisk in milk and zest.Bring sauce to boil whisking constantly until thickened 8=9 mins season with s&p. Add sausage back to skillet to heat. Toss sauce and sausage with broccoli rabe.
