SAUCE FOR EGG NOODLES

In deep pan melt 3 tbsps. butter over med heat. Add one clove od crushed garlic and cook for a few minutes and then remove.Whish 2 tbsps. flour and 2 tbsps. tomato paste into butter. Cook flour a min or two then whisk in 1-1/2 cups chicken stock. Add 1 tbsps.riosemary and whisk into tomato paste and 1 tbsp. worcestershire. Simmer to thicken.
