Take l cup of salsa and one fourth package of cream cheese and 4 flour tortillas. You mix the salsa and cream cheese together, forming a mixture. Put l/4 of the mixutre on each tortilla, and spread it evenly. Roll up the torilla and cut them so you have little circles. Serve immediately.
You can refrigerate ahead of time, but be sure to cover with Saran Wrap.
