l-l/2 cups olive oil
l/2 cup malt vinegar or tarragon vinegar
6 pkgs. Equal or sugar equivalent
l/2 vbunch scallions – green & white parts
l very large garlic clove, crushed
l good handful fresh parsley
2 good globs Dijon mustard
2 tsps. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsps. “Mrs. Dash” seasoning
Combine all in processor and refrigerate.
