l/2 or so cup of pesto
2-l/2 lbs. red skinned new potatoes halved lengthwise
Heat oven 400. Toss potatoes with 2 tbsps. oil in large bowl. Sprinkle generously with s&p. arrange potatoes, cut side down on rimmed baking sheeet. Roast until potatoes are golden brown and tender about 40 mins. Using spatula transfer potatoes to large bowl and toss with pesto to cost.
