ROAST TURKEY

20 minutes per lb. up to l4 lbs.
l8 minutes per lb. over l4 lbs.

Heat oven to 450. Cover bird with foil. Bake l hour.

Lower heat to 350. Cook until done. Last hour, remove foil and
baste. Let stand about l/2 hour before carving.
