To 2 cups Uncle Ben’;s long grain rice, add 4-l/2 cups cold water,
l tsp. oregano, 2 tsp. chicken base, l tsp. tumeric, l tbsp. dried
onion, l/2 tsp pepper. Mix thoroughly. Bring to boil and turn down
as low as possible. Do not remove cover or stir for 35 mins.
