Boneless pounded chicken breasts
flour
2 eggs
l/2 cup water
bread crumbs
Pound chicken. Dust with flour, dip in egg wash & then crumbs. Heat
oil & butter in skillet. When hot enough, almost deep fry until
brown (this only takes a minute or two).
Roast walnuts. Heat raspberry jam with l tsp. vinegar. Mix nuts and
sauce and pour over chicken & serve.
