l rib roast, trimmed and wrighed
3$ cup boiling water
l/4 tysps. Kitchen Bouquet
l/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
{Preheat oven 450. Multiply roast weight by l4 (total cooking time). Divide by 4. This is the time to cook the roast in the 450 oven. When l/4 of this time is up, reduce oven to 325 and cook the other 3/4 of the time. Once out of the oven let roast sit for 20 mins. before carving. The roast will be well done at the ends, med rare for the next few slices and rare in the center. Prodigy
