PRAELINE TOPPING FIOR CHEESE CAKE

2 tb sps. light brown sugar
2 tblsps. corn starch
l cup dark corn syrup
l/2 cup chopped pecans
l tsp. vanilla

Stir together sugar and corn starch. Stir in corn syrup. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly. Stir in nuts. Cool. Spoon over slices of cheese cake when cake is cool.
