6 large potatoes (cooked)
l pint sour cream
4 green onions, chopped tops too
l-l/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
l-l/2 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
Shread cooked potatoes ongreater into a alrge bowl. Stir in sour
cream, onion, s&p and l cup of the cheese. Turn into 2 qt. buttered
baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and top with remaining cheese.
Cover, refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-40
minutes until heated through.
