POTATOES DIANA PENZEYS

3 large baking potatoes peeled and sliced into l/4 inch slices
l-2 tsp.MURAL OF FLAVOR to taste
l/4 to l/2 tsp. pepper
l/2 tsp, salt
2 tbsps, melted butter divided
l/2 tsp. parsley

Heat oven 450. Spray 8 or 9″ pie plate with Pam Layer l/3 of taters in pie plate in a circular fashion overlapping each other. Sprinkle swith ural of flavor, pepper and salt over taters. Pour l/3 of butter over taters. Repeat taters two more times. Cover pie plate with foil. Bake at 450 for 25 mins. and then uncover and until lightly browned another l0 mins. or so. Loosen the edges of the taters in pie plate with a knife. Turn the pie plate onto a serving plate. sprinkle with parsley and serve

SERVES 4 to 6 SER VED WITH GLAZED PORK CHOPS
