l cup orange juice
l/3 cup soy sauce
l/4 cup olive oil
l/4 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic, minced finely
2 tbsps. orange marmalade
l tbsps. Dijon
2 pork tenderloins (total weight 3 lbs.)
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Place fat trimmed meat into large ziplock bag and pour about 2/3 of the marinade into bag, seal and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hrs. Cook the reserved l/3 portion of marinade slowly and carefully on low heat to thicken into a sauce for the cooked meat. BBQ the drained meat on med. gas grill Smaller ones take about l0 mins. perside. When you turn the meat pour a little of the meat marinade from the bag over the meat to enhance the flavor. Slice diagonally and serve with a little of the sauce. Prodigy
