PORK RIBS WITH BBQ SAUCE MARTHA

2 slabs baby back pork ribs about l to l-l/2 lbs. each
s&p
l/2 cup bbq sauce plus more for serving
heat oven 400. season ribs all over with s&p. Stack slabs on a large piece of heavy duty foil; seal tightly and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook until meat is fork tender about l-l/2 hrs. Heat grill to med high lightly oil grates. Remove ribs from foil; brush with sauce, coating rounded side well. Grill until nicely browned about 3 to 4 mins. Serve with more sauce.
For spicier ribs, coat them with your favorite chili rub before wrapping in foil and baking.
